Website use

• Do not misuse, scrape aggressively, attack, or interfere with the site.
• Content, visuals, copy, and case study materials are owned by Fox Funnels or used with permission.
• Results shown in case studies are examples, not guarantees of future performance.

Services

Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms are agreed separately for each project or retainer.

Liability

Marketing performance depends on offer, market, budget, sales process, tracking, and external platform behavior. Fox Funnels is not liable for platform outages, rejected ads, account restrictions, or business losses outside our control.
